We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative AI Product Developer to design, develop, deploy, and manage AI-powered products and internal solutions aligned with organisational and business requirements. The role will be responsible for building AI Tutors, Assistants, Chatbots, intelligent automations, dashboards, and AI-enabled learning solutions while integrating LLMs, APIs, databases, and relevant AI technologies. The role will also collaborate with internal teams to identify AI opportunities, develop practical solutions, optimise performance, and continuously enhance AI products based on business and user requirements.

What you'll do
Design, develop, deploy, and manage end-to-end AI-powered products, applications, and internal tools aligned with organisational and business requirements.
Build and enhance AI Tutors, AI Assistants, AI Chatbots, and intelligent learning solutions to support internal teams and educational requirements.
Develop and integrate LLMs, Generative AI tools, APIs, vector databases, AI frameworks, and AI services into scalable business applications.
Identify manual and repetitive processes and develop AI-powered automations and intelligent workflows to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Develop AI-driven dashboards, analytics platforms, MIS solutions, and data visualisation tools to support business and leadership decision-making.
Manage the frontend, backend, databases, APIs, AI services, and technical integrations required to build complete AI-powered applications.
Develop and optimise prompt engineering strategies, AI workflows, and model interactions to improve accuracy, relevance, reliability, and performance.
Develop AI-enabled videos, animations, voiceovers, avatars, educational resources, interactive learning assets, and other digital content as required.
Conduct testing, debugging, troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimisation of AI products, applications, automations, and workflows based on performance and user feedback.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify AI opportunities, implement practical AI solutions, and ensure responsible, secure, reliable, and effective use of AI technologies.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with relevant experience in AI product development.
Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, AI application development, prompt engineering, APIs, AI automation, and full-stack application development.
Strong understanding of AI frameworks, vector databases, backend/frontend development, databases, cloud technologies, automation platforms, and AI integrations.
Strong problem-solving and product mindset with excellent technical ownership, analytical thinking, stakeholder collaboration, debugging, optimisation, and ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.
