Rooted in purpose. Realised by people.
We work alongside school leadership on problems that rarely have neat boundaries. The work demands curiosity, judgement, ownership, and the patience to stay with a problem until you understand what is really causing it.
Life at EduFlourish
Make work matter beyond the moment.
Our work sits at the intersection of education, strategy, operations and growth. Done well, it changes how an institution works.
It is demanding.
School growth is rarely a straight-line problem. The obvious answer is not always the right one, and the first explanation is not always the root cause.
It is collaborative.
You will work with strategists, operations specialists, growth teams, admissions professionals, analysts and school leadership. Not everyone thinks alike. Everyone contributes thoroughly.
It is rarely predictable.
Problems arrive without warning and without neat boundaries. The strongest teams don't eliminate disagreement. They turn it into better decisions.
Our standard
Meaningful work deserves your best.
We believe good work should withstand scrutiny. Six things we expect of ourselves.
Don't stop at identifying the problem. Stay with it until there is movement.
A visible symptom deserves investigation before it becomes a conclusion.
Bring judgement, but know what the numbers are telling you.
Good thinking should reduce complexity, not add to it.
Every school has context, history, people and constraints. Understand them before trying to change them.
A process, a team, a decision or an idea: the work should improve what it touches.
